The recent changes to Spring Gardens Cemetery look complete. The roadway has been edged and surfaced.
A new office for visitor enquiries with loo alongside has been built, and the depot building renewed.
I see in the Town Crier “There will be an opportunity for you to visit the site on an Open Day arranged for Friday 15 April from 8am – 6pm. Phone 01235 553480 for an appointment.”
Perhaps it’s just me but the headline “Cemetery Open Day” is funny. Shades of “Poltergeist”?!

That site is the dead centre of Abingdon.
I view the last comment as a matter of grave concern.
