Cafe Chairs at Skinny Hippo

March Theme Day for City Daily Photo is Cafe Chairs.
Until last summer Skinny Hippo, on The Square in Abingdon, had a craft gifts area and a creative area. Nowadays Skinny Hippo has a cafe area. with some very pretty tables and chairs, as well as a creative craft area. There are still a few gifts on walls and shelves.

Such pretty little cafe chairs in a lovely home-style enviroment. I’m sure they would serve the perfect coffee.

I go in regularly, it is absolutely lovely. The coffee is good, the owners charming and the surroundings are really interesting. Do give it a ttry!!

Maybe this is the way forward for shops in Abingdon. Have a coffee while you browse. Perhaps arrange to have your online shopping delivered to a cafe and the delivery charge includes a cup of coffee. Now that would be service.
