Went down to the Nags Head for a coffee this morning to meet a friend from Oxford – it was great to be reminded of some of the good things about our town – spring sunshine by the river, nice pubs, nice old buildings, nice walks, Farmers Market. Dare I say it, even the Old Gaol development didn’t look too bad – and the walkway through to East St Helen Street was open! Yes there are still plenty of things to improve, but let’s appreciate what we do have.
