La Baguette has re-opened in new premises on Bath Street this morning – Wednesday 9th January. They look forward to welcoming customers – old and new. La Baguette closed in the Market Place last August, and have re-opened in what was previously Salinas Cafe.
This is great news and I for one will be using them again.
I am sure I have been told before, but please can someone remind me what the “S” – like things on the wall at first-floor level are?
They’re the ends of metal stays that hold the house together, to stop the walls bulging out. Frankly, I’ve always assumed they stood for my name …
It appears that this is being ran by Micheal who previously ran it as a cafe. He also owns the Lebaneese across the road.
