Three Days Free Mooring in Abingdon-on-Thames

As every year there is a crescent of daffodils over the River Thames from Abingdon.

Another flower that frequents the wet area under the trees is the Snake’s Head Fritillary.

New signs have recently appeared over the river saying there is three days of free mooring for boats in Abingdon-on-Thames. Cars get two hours free parking in the council carparks.

    If y ou like flowers come and see what people have grown in Abingdon. The Abingdon Horticultural Spring Show is this Saturday, 14th, at the Northcourt Centre. There will be a plant sale and refreshments. 2pm until 4pm.

    If you’re a traveler you can get more than 2 hours free parking at many of the council car parks across Oxfordshire.

    Currently in Bicester using it as a private park. Have caravans all around the edges in a circle. Abby Don.
