Many trees have been cut. Fences erected. Drainage pipes put in place.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/images\/07101506.jpg\" \/><br \/>A strange black skirt has been added.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/images\/07101505.jpg\" \/><br \/>RWE NPower are just waiting to get the final go ahead, and the<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.saveradleylakes.org.uk\/\">Save Radley Lakes<\/a> campaign are still trying by all legitimate means to stop them.
