There were lots of stalls and amusements &#8230;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag13\/13050535.jpg\" alt=\"Abingdon Air and Country Show 2013\" \/><br \/>\nthe usual mix of vintage cars, traction engines, and old military vehicles.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag13\/13050526.jpg\" alt=\"Abingdon Air and Country Show 2013\" \/><br \/>\nThen came the air show with near ideal conditions. The Tristar from Brize Norton was the largest plane to fly by.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag13\/13050513.jpg\" alt=\"Abingdon Air and Country Show 2013\" \/><br \/>\nA Lancaster from the RAF Coningsby, part of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, had top billing.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag13\/13050515.jpg\" alt=\"Abingdon Air and Country Show 2013\" \/><br \/>\nAnother World War II plane was a Hurricane based locally at Wallingford.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag13\/13050512.jpg\" alt=\"Abingdon Air and Country Show 2013\" \/><br \/>\nThe Breitling Wingwalkers returned for a second year. In this manoeuvre the wing walkers got very close to holding hands.<\/p>\n<p>Money raised goes to the Air Ambulance which also did a display.
