I believe they had a budget for 17 energy saving trees.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag12\/12121204.jpg\" alt=121212\" \/><br \/>\n12\/12\/12 ended as it began &#8211; cold and frosty.
