White water rafting would have been more appropriate up near the weir.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag12\/12051305.jpg\" alt=\"Dragon Boats - postponed\" \/><br \/>\nThe ground also would have been too soft to drive across without the aid of tractors. <\/p>\n<p>I look forward to seeing the Dragon Boats back on September 9th &#8211; which I believe is the revised date. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The river is currently red-flagged and boats are staying put.
