There were puddles at the sides of roads, including Park Road.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag20\/2020100407.jpg\" alt=\"Walk in Park\" \/><br \/>\nThe persistent rainfall had created a larger puddle inside one park entrance.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag20\/2020100412.jpg\" alt=\"Walk in Park\" \/><br \/>\nThere was a deeper soakaway outside the other entrance.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag20\/2020100408.jpg\" alt=\"Walk in Park\" \/><br \/>\nSodden leaves hung from trees.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag20\/2020100409.jpg\" alt=\"Walk in Park\" \/><br \/>\nAlthough I could not see rotting tree roots underground, something has given food to the toadstools that have recently risen in clumps.
