Panels show Abingdon subjects such as a soldier from Dalton Barracks&#8230;<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger2\/4300\/3024\/1600\/681647\/woodcarve03.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger2\/4300\/3024\/320\/742062\/woodcarve03.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>&#8230;Abingdon Bridge&#8230;<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger2\/4300\/3024\/1600\/90809\/woodcarve02.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger2\/4300\/3024\/320\/972039\/woodcarve02.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>&#8230;and a 1556 Penny &#8211; somewhat larger than the original.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There was a preview of this work in progress, back in March, at the Clubs and Societies Open Day.
