There were men from the Town Council putting up brackets in preparation for the Christmas Lights. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/4552\/136\/1600\/wednov082.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/4552\/136\/320\/wednov082.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>And there was a van parked nearby with a &#8220;Traffic Survey&#8221; sign in the rear window, counting the cars through Stratton Way.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/4552\/136\/1600\/notstatistical.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/4552\/136\/320\/notstatistical.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>Inspired by this, I did my ad-hoc, back of an envelope, survey at about 10:30. The pattern could be completely different at other times.
