Somebody got out of their car outside our house and asked &#8220;Is it always this bad?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/4552\/136\/1600\/resurface2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/4552\/136\/320\/resurface2.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>This evening, looking across to The Dil Raj on Ock Street, there is a brand new surface to the road, and not just bits and pieces as has happened up to now while utilities were positioned and islands recreated.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/4552\/136\/1600\/resurfacing.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/4552\/136\/320\/resurfacing.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>At the junction with Stratton Way, the new tarmac meets unfinshed road.
