It is a very old building and seems to need a lot of maintenance.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag19\/19082604.jpg\" alt=\"Sunshine\" \/><br \/>\nOther pubs were open and attracting visitors. The Nags Head had jazz and the Crown and Thistle had something much louder to entertain people who do not need to go  to work on Monday.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag19\/19082605.jpg\" alt=\"Sunshine\" \/><br \/>\nThere was an important ashes cricket match happening.
