Thankyou to the drama club for the pictures.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag19\/19072706.jpg\" alt=\"Abingdon Drama Walk\" \/><br \/>\nTickets were 1\/- each.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag19\/19072707.jpg\" alt=\"Abingdon Drama Walk\" \/><br \/>\nWhen the Unicorn Theatre was created in 1953, Abingdon Drama Club was asked to stage the first production and chose <em>The Two Angry Women of Abingdon<\/em> by Henry Porter.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag19\/19072708.jpg\" alt=\"Abingdon Drama Walk\" \/><br \/>\nTheir most recent production in 2019 was <em>&#8216;Allo &#8216;Allo!<\/em>&nbsp; which was, by all accounts, <em>&#8220;Tres Bien!!!\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag19\/19072709.jpg\" alt=\"Abingdon Drama Walk\" \/><br \/>\nAnd the next production is Amadeus by Peter Shaffer.<\/p>\n<p>The drama club performed Equus&nbsp;in 2013 also by Peter Shaffer. A review said &#8220;<i>&#8230;absolutely outstanding and probably the best performance of any play by an amateur group that we have ever seen.
