{"id":196,"date":"2009-10-17T19:05:00","date_gmt":"2009-10-17T19:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abingdon.blog\/abingdon2007\/2009\/10\/17\/abingdon-craft-fair-2009\/"},"modified":"2009-10-17T19:05:00","modified_gmt":"2009-10-17T19:05:00","slug":"abingdon-craft-fair-2009","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/?p=196","title":{"rendered":"Abingdon Craft Fair 2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag09\/09101701.jpg\" \/><br \/>There was a bit of a queue when we arrived this afternoon &#8211; probably peek time.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag09\/09101716.jpg\" \/><br \/>The Craft Fair is under new management this year and they were asking people as they left whether they enjoyed it etc. etc. People here seem to be enjoying it.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag09\/09101712.jpg\" \/><br \/>As in previous years we ended up buying more wine and food than craft things.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag09\/09101703.jpg\" \/><br \/>On show there was a new Craft Fair van and signs and a <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150708201439\/http:\/\/www.abingdoncraftfair.com\/\">CraftFair website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Half the stalls change midweek, for the second week, and on Wednesday Evening they have a Charity Gala Evening Opening &#8211; costs \u00a32.00 &#8211; and the proceeds go to the charities : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maggiescentres.org\/\">Maggies Cancer Caring Centres<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20170930103627\/http:\/\/www.sobellhospiceoxford.org\/\">Sobell House Hospice<\/a>.
