It was just not so crowded as previous years.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag15\/15100502.jpg\" alt=\"A wet start to the Fair\" \/><br \/>\nBut there were still a lot of fun lovers: many with umbrellas and waterproofs, and quite a few who did did not seem to worry about getting  wet on this one day in the year.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag15\/15100507.jpg\" alt=\"A wet start to the Fair\" \/><br \/>\nAt least being a Street Fair it does not get muddy underfoot<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abingdonblog.co.uk\/imag15\/15100505.jpg\" alt=\"A wet start to the Fair\" \/><br \/>\nand you can fly above the rain on some rides.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe tomorrow the weather will be better.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It has been raining all day, but that did not stop people going to the fair.
