Environmental Awareness Day

Like last weekend, the Carbon Cutters were making juice from windfall apples.

All the things on this table are made from recycled plastic.

Two ex Mayors, Lorraine Oates and Alison Rooke were in front of the Town Council stall. Alison happens to be now Chair of the Vale of White Horse - that is the equivalent of Mayor of the District.

There were a few other stall besides. This one was to do with green architecture.

I have never in my life seen a group of people getting so much fun out of peeling an apple. But that is the Carbon Cutters for you.

Don't they have a machine for peeling them. What a chore!
