Some pix at St Nix

We have been away for the last day because my wife had a rather important interview.

I must thank John for covering in my absense.

He sent me some pictures of the Exhibition at St Nicolas Church.

Its the Abingdon Artists Spring Exhibition... 100 paintings by 40 local artists.

Free Entry.

After the job interview we got some unexpected news at the airport which means we are staying Stateside for another day or so.

My wife has landed a rather prestigious position. Near the top.

Nothing is fully decided yet.

But if we do both decide to up sticks... There will be a blog of events and places in our new home town ...

Harry will be able to continue his blog wherever he goes.

think of the greater good! - you'll just have to turn down the multi million per month deal to keep an abingdon blog going.

the greater good might be better served by Harry being in the White House with whatever dog Barack choose for his daughter

this news shakes abingdon to its core. all the best to you & yours though, whatever you decide.
however good 'lies on their lips' was on preview night (last night), and however nice it is to see a local play about your own local town, with local morris dancers woven in, there are a few things bigger than abingdon. moving into the white house is one...

You see seem to have picked up a good suntan over there! You'll have to move out when Barack and Michelle get back from breakfast with Gordon and tea with the queen though.

Seriously though, congratulations to your wife - whatever you all decide, it sounds as if being offered the job is a great achievement.
