As a Public Servant setting a good example, perhaps he should be reminded that cyclists are also bound by the Highway Code. He appears to be going against the flow on one-way street !
I’m sure his other side is just as photogenic.

I travelled to at least 50% of my mayoral engagements last year on my bike, but thought it safer to kept the chain covered up.
