I think it's outrageous the council hasn't the workers with portaloos. I feel for the poor chap in the top picture...
This explains the £10,000 the county council spent on Perspex portaloos last year.
Although I do feel for the guy. Must be hard enough trying to go in a transparent loo without a giant "STOP" sign hovering over your head.
