Polish Grocery Shelves

There are two stacks of shelves dedicated to Polish Groceries in the Tesco World Foods Aisle. As you can see at the end of the day the popular products continue to sell.

However, the remaining groceries from Poldeli are in boxes. I guess they are moving out, maybe going home...
Less reason to be here, as house prices drop, and the economy slows here in the UK. I am told that in Poland , on the other hand, wages are steadily rising.

It's quite interesting trying some of the polish food! Will have to pop to the Tesco some time and get some.
It's probably another shop closing down because of high lease costs in Abingdon...
Whenever a shop closes in Abingdon, people get very animated and blame the traffic system, or high lease costs, or the precinct...or something else. Just sometimes (and this isn't to downplay that all the above factors have played a part in Abingdon's retail decline, as well as the rise of the Internet and the credit crunch) sometimes businesses just don't make it.
Something like a third of all new businesses fail within 3 years, and just over half will fail within five year (source: US small business association).
